Academy for Academics and Arts Theater

Geotechnical engineering services included a design level site evaluation for the new theater complex.  The study provided recommendations for heavy column foundation loads and site grading solutions to remediate poor soil conditions near the surface.

Environmental services on the project included NPDES permitting and inspections during construction.

Construction materials testing services provided during construction included foundation bearing reviews, poor soil remediation, soil compaction and concrete testing.  In addition, special inspections were provided for masonry, reinforcing steel and structural steel.
