Geotechnical engineering services included a design level subsurface exploration and laboratory testing program.  Supplemental services associated with a sinkhole which developed in a parking lot area were provided during the construction phase.

Environmental services include a Phase I ESA as well as NPDES permitting and inspections during construction.  In addition, short and long term radon testing was performed on the ground level of the building prior to the tenant taking occupancy.

Construction materials testing services provided during construction included earthwork monitoring, laboratory testing, foundation bearing and reinforcement reviews, concrete testing as well as masonry and structural steel reviews.
