Wooley Springs Road

Geotechnical services included a geotechnical evaluation to evaluate the existing conditions of the subgrade, base and chip-seal of Wooley Springs Road.  Samples of subgrade soils, base materials and asphalt were taken along the 2 mile section of road to be rehabilitated.  Exhaustive laboratory testing provided the mix design to be applied to the roadway.

GEO Solutions provided construction materials testing for the Full Depth Reclamation project.  Services included monitoring cement ratio content, field moisture content determination, gradations, field density testing and field cores.  A full-time CMT technician was on site for the entirety of the project to ensure the design parameters were implemented.
