Yulista Hangar

Geotechnical engineering services on Yulista projects included a subsurface investigation and laboratory testing program for the proposed hangars and support facility.  Materials testing services included earthwork monitoring, undercut monitoring, foundation reviews, concrete testing and structural steel reviews.  Significant undercutting in the hangar area due to buried debris and unsuitable soils required full-time monitoring by GEO Solutions’ personnel in order to document quantities and determine undercut limits.  GEO Solutions also provided the ADEM required NPDES permitting and monitoring.
